Townhomes & Condos Our gold level townhomes and condos provide an extra touch of luxury and expense above that found in our silver graded properties. The differences between silver and gold rated accommodation tend to be a combination of many minor additions and upgrades rather than one major special feature. Expect a slightly larger living space, very modern appliances, additional Tvs, a DVD or VCR player and upgraded furnishings and decor throughout. The extra expense invested in the smaller details helps to create a more luxurious, upmarket feel. All Gold graded townhomes and condos come equipped with the following minimum features :- Open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pots, pans and cooking utensils, utility room with washer/dryer, at least 2 bathrooms (4 Bedroom townhomes have 3 bathrooms), upgraded furnishings throughout, cable TV in lounge and master bedroom, DVD player or VCR, patio or balcony, telephone and private parking space. |
