Solana - 4 Bed + private pool

A wonderful selection of brand new 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom private pool homes on the exclusive Solana development. The villas are very modern,immaculately furnished and feature many upgrades such as additional TVs and games consols.

Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern applicances. Extra attention and expense has been given to the furnishings and details of the villas, the furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments are all of a higher quality than found in Silver graded vacation homes.

The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas, TV and VCR or DVD Player, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second family/sitting area which is a very popular feature with larger groups and families. Leading off from the main living area will be the master bedroom with TV and oversized ensuite bathroom and three further bedrooms, one would normally have it's own ensuite (not guaranteed) while the other two share a family bathroom.

The main focal point of these wonderful homes is always the private swimming pool, all pools are screened with a high mesh cage which allows sunlight through but helps to keep leaves and bugs out of the water.

Solana is the newest of our featured 'resort style' villa communities, a very exclusive gated development located approximately 15 minutes west of Disney Maingate on US Highway 27.

This magnificent resort follows the recent trend among Orlando developers of building individually owned rental homes around a central clubhouse and extensive communal facilities. A vacation on Solana offers the best of both vacation worlds, a spacious and luxurious private pool home and a range of amenites normally found at a quality hotel. Guests have exclusive use of a 4000 sq ft clubhouse with an expansive lounge equipped with wireless internet access, a sundry store and fitness room. Outside there is a lavish pool area with children's water feature, jacuzzi and poolside snack bar, a putting green, volleyball court and soccer field.
Our Opinion
Solana currently represents incredible value. The combination of the on-site facilities and brand new, high end homes will make this a really big seller. Book early, as soon as word spreads these villas will sell out.

    Explanation of Villa Rating
    Gold
    Our gold level homes provide an extra touch of luxury and expense above that found in our silver graded properties. The differences between silver and gold homes tend to be a combination of many minor additions and upgrades rather than one major special feature. Expect a slightly larger home, on a preferred lot (a corner plot or backing onto a lake or conservation) and with upgraded furnishings and decor throughout. The extra expense invested in the smaller details helps to create a more luxurious, upmarket feel.

    All Gold graded homes come equipped with the following minimum features :-

    Private screened swimming pool, large open plan lounge, additional sitting/lounge area, upgraded furnishing throughout the villa, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pots, pans and cooking utensils, utility room with washer/dryer, at least 2 bathrooms (4 & 5 Bedroom villas have 3 bathrooms), cable TV in lounge and master bedroom, DVD player or VCR, telephone and double garage.
